When you install the Home'Bank program, you will need your ING ID code and your installation codes.

Your ING ID is a 10-digit number which you will find on your bank card. Here is an ING bank card example:

To obtain your activation code, there are several options open to you:

- via a non-cash Self’Bank machine

- at your branch counter

Once you have obtained your activation code, you must first wait one hour and then follow the procedure below:

You are reminded that you have 30 days to install your Home'Bank program.

It is now even easier to consult your account activity or carry out transactions from any computer. Thanks to the Digipass, you can log in and sign your transactions online via any computer connected to the Internet, from anywhere in the world. All you need to do is pay €15 for your Digipass.

The Digipass is a small device which looks a little like a calculator. It calculates your signature on the basis of a code which you receive in Home'Bank or Home'Bank Plus.
